Multimedia Content Producer for TMX Finance Family of Companies
I work for TMX Finance Family of Companies to create various videos for both external and internal use. Daily, I am looking for ways to create video content to help promote our brand using various social media websites, but primarily Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. One video series in which I film and edit, is the weekly vlog series starring the president ofTMX and the Chief People Officer which they give leadership tips to get to the next level in their company. The series is called "Next Level" and is released every Monday on Otto Bielss Twitter. I also create a monthly update video that goes out to the entire company that includes extensive After Effects work that is synced to a VO I record with a voice actor
WTOC technical director
WTOC is the number one rated news station in the South East/Savannah market. It is on the local channel 11 and is a CBS affiliate channel. My primary role is to direct the evening news with two other directors. This includes managing the crew to make sure the studio is properly staffed, giving out commands and punching on the Kahuna switcher board to execute a live news broadcast. When I am not directing a newscast, I will be creating graphics for reporters either using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe After Effects.
House Manager at the Performing Arts Center
During an event, I am in charge of the lobby which includes directing patrons to their seats or box office if they want to buy tickets. I also teach the ushers what their duties are and let them know when to open and close the door (which I must decide from talking with the tech director). I am the point of contact for any issues that may happen before, during or after the event. When there is not an event, I manage the box office which includes selling tickets and creating marketing materials to be posted on several social media sites.
Video Counselor for Camp Skylemar
Camp Skylemar is an all-boys camp in Naples, Maine. At the end of camp, they have a 90-minute long video (Retrospect) that includes both videos and pictures that encapsulate the entire summer at camp. There are 26 segments in the show and I filmed/edited roughly 13 and a half segments of the show in two months (from June 11th to August 11th). The other half was edited by the two other hired video counselors. During one of the scheduled periods, I would help teach kids how to use the camera, set up an interview, and edit a basic video. The camp also put on two separates play which I edited together using three cameras and an external audio source.
